This paper adopted the multiwall carbon nanotubes as the pore former to prepare the microporous field-induced pyroelectric BST ceramics. 为进一步加大气孔对陶瓷内应力和有效电场分布的调控作用,本文采用多壁碳纳米管作为造孔剂制备了微气孔BST多孔场致热释电陶瓷。
